內容大鋼：

一. 陳XX(Dr.蕭)
37 perio tooth.可先做endo / occlusal reduction.36 attrition應做endo/crown.

二. 王XX(Dr.黃)
31.41 peri 做endo/crown .後來bone fracture拔除.space僅11mm.可植mini implant.此位置舌側flap只能翻上半部.下半部有lingual artery. 也可選用Bicon 3.5mm.植深一點.兩植體離2mm即可且深度深.寬度也增加.

三.藍XX(Dr.黃)
37 old endo做crown.也可拔除植牙.long axis正確.long term較好.21.22 3D討論.劈骨後再植再補骨.46 implant.

四.蕭XX(Dr.黃)
12 peg tooth. Midline shift. 22 congenital missing.maxilla 做ortho.將11.21diastema關閉.12留一些space做crown.13-23.63 laser CLP.12.63 veneer.
