講題：Soft Tissue Management in Periodontal and Implant Surgery

內容大鋼：

1. Mucogingival surgery。
Indication：
a. recession。
b. 增加vestibular depth。
c. 增加attached gingival。

2. FGG：recipient site先處理再取donar site.recipient site可做stent(腭板)保護傷口，若healing完顏色不佳可用diamond bur修margin

3. Miller Classification System。

4. CT graft：for the Class II furcation involvement，用CT graft代替GBR membrane。

5. furcation involved molar：
考量degree of involvement，crown/root ratio，root morphology。
處理：odontoplasty，Tunneling procedure。

6. Advantages of autogeneous connective tissue graft。
a. 有stimulating bone formation的potential。
b. healing過程中較少不良的tissue response。

Q & A
Q：Class V 的 cavity(cervical abrasion)會用connective tissue graft或作coronal flap?

Q：Recipient site 是否使用Coe-Pac?
A：不管覆蓋再好都會有細菌，基本上不使用。

Q：Donor site術後是否會疼痛？
A：不一定，但與取的厚度有關，個人經驗若取0.75mm通常不太會痛。

Q：作Ridge splitting ,GBR(autogenous bone)都不放membrane嗎?
A：autogenous bone與 Bio-os不同，autogenous bone較不會有soft tissue長入的問題，特別是在ridge splitting的狀況。
