Strategics：simple implant/simple surgery/simple prosthesis。
1. “KISS” Principle：Keep it simple stupid。

2. Unique one-piece implant making simple solution
a.In width insufficiency(anterior teeth)：
使用bicortical screw implant- thread 3.5-4.5 mm。
b. Huge vertical bone defect(posterior teeth)：
使用GIP implant。
c. mandible single molar：
ridge窄但crown的M-D dimension寬，所以用兩支implant。

3. Similar situation / Different Approaches (Maxilla anterior region )：
Different approaches for maxilla narrow alveolar ridge。
All-in-one approach。
Unique one-piece Q-implant approach。

4. The Time Technique：a new method for localized alveolar ridge augmentation prior to placement of dental implants。

5. Ti-Mesh 至少放十個月。

Ti-mesh with pillow support approach。

6. bone splitting approach：
split bone site there be cancellous bone present between buccal and lingual plates，等待時間十個月。
